zeera rice

heat 1/2 cup ghee (or u can use Oil also )....in a pan ....

add 2 sliced onion , ..stir it a bit ...add 2 tbsp White zeera, 1tsp sauf , 1 tsp sabit dhaina , stir it .... & cook it for a while then add ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp ,
again stir it ...and add five green chilles ... or u an use chilles according to ur taste,
add chopped 2 tomatoes , but if u dont want to add tomatoes u can add 3tbsp of Yogart or Dhai ,

... when all the things get done add water & rice ...cook it .... DUM it

hmmm dear garlic paste kabi b rice may nahe daltay it doesnt give a good aroma and taste as well......in place pf garlic ..minsed garlic and add water and then that water is added in that Masala...well...tum cooking classes lay ray hu ya koi aur??????????????
