That's just too simple, I don't think need more info..
Works on XP Pro & XP Home.

> Start
> Run
> Type "gpedit.msc" without the "
> Click Computer Configuration
> Click Administrative Templates
> Click Network
> Click QoS Packet Scheduler
> Double Click Limit reservable bandwidth
> Tick enabled
> Bandwitch limit (%) > Change value to 0%
> Click OK (Apply everything)
> Go Control Panel
> Go Network Connections
> Right click your dial > properties > Networking
> Check that the QoS packet... Is ticked with a "V"

That's all, enjoy! Smile
