Jab Timatar Ka Peste bun jaye tu chickain dalian.(Timatar chahain tu glend karlain masala zaida bun jaye ga).
Chicken gal jaye tu Kuti hue lalmirch.namak,,haldi,kali mirch pisi hue,zeera pisa hua dal kar tora sa bhonai.
(Yeh sub masaley apne taste ke hisab se dalian,kuke namak mirch her ghar ke hisab se alag hoti hia.matlab sub apne taste ke hisab se dalte hain).
Phir Bareek adrak kat lain aur hari mirch aur tora sa pisa hua garam masala dal kar dum per rakh dain.
Akhir main dhaniyan dal dain aur harey raitey or salad ke sath khayain.
